In my first year at university I frequented salsa balrooms and nights in bars. It was a lot of fun and was exoticism.

I had completely forgotten for the longest time but my in law told me she is learning new dance too, barfolk it is called, some French or european folk roots. Very different than slasa but it reminded me of my dancing lessons. I also took really good african dance lessons as I slowly was spiralling into my first crisis the following year of my salsa dancing.
