The scpa I have seen in BC was rather all over the place: the most stupid rotten unprofessional people are found at vancouver bc spca. however tri ciy branch are normal people very nice.I suggest you ONLY go get your cats at the tri city spca branch people around here.

The coquitlam animal shelter are crazy about keeping their cats strictly indoor. Just lie to them. those who cannot handle the truth shall be lied to. Dont lie to the spca.
