Hubby's shingles despite meds (we started them way too late, 10 days in) is scratched raw and oozy It is so gross. We look like a mess.
I really want to quit cigarettes but I am incapable of it since 2005. I have quit many times between 1995 and 2005. But I am totally incapable of it nowadays. I am sick of ryan's gewy syrupy alcohol that also makes me feel dizzy and not clear headed.
And I am even sick of pot I smoke it so heavily.
We must change our health daily habits, hubby and I. I dont know why i stopped smoking outside only. I should get back into it. My will is now so weak whereas it was quite strong when I was younger.
