BJG came back finally. He wonderfully bought himslef a bathrobe too- his is a rag and has been for years. We could not find any nice bathrobe in the last 2 years at The bay.

The mold remediation guy is coming tomorrow for a free estimate. He seems competent and provides also other services than just spraying, such as fixing insulation etc.
