She would be ideal but can we afford her?

We may still be on the bc spca black list because I went nuts on them after their irresponsible behaviour with their crazy dog we adopted from them 5 years ago. They were so very unprofessional to black list us because of my rants. Their dog was super dangerous and a killer and stalker of every sentience. I requested he be eutahnised and they put him straight back up for adoption saying he was great and loyal! he was a nutcase who drew blood after attacking every dog who came near us, within 3 seconds. A killer.
