I got up at 8am, slept in. I needed a sleeping pill, half of one, last night. Last one I took was about 6 monhts ago.

The last year has been excellent for my sleep.

It is now past 9am and Laurel has not been back....I called him three times.

I have put tibetan pujas for his protection and safe return. May he be swiftly back this morning, unharmed! Om muni muni mahamuni svoha
