I thank Buddha and God for such ease for such 4 years period. However, I am discovering ulcers and sore tenderness on my lip and tongue. Heavy smoking and boozing? I have once said many times how vain i was as original sin though I spoke highly of myslef spiritually here and there like a fool on the blog. Way way back, when I was very verry sick in BC, I insulted everyone I ever knew for absolutelyno reaosn but uncontrolable  frustrated rage.

Not verbally, but in emails. I always thought I would be severly punished for my lack of self control. And my vanity.And the harshest punishment I could ever get would probably be oral cancer. Disfigured, unable to speak nor eat. Life is tough, and I believe this could very well happen. i smoke way too too much. And booze on top of it.
