A lovely sweet birdsong is heard out my open patio door with screen door closed. laurel and Billy are asleep , cuddling and touching, on the mattress.  hardy is in the kitchen with Charlotte, but he is on the dog bed and she is next to the counter.

apart from some light play for about 1 hour or two this morning, everyone slept all day minus two good outings. Young animals do need a lot of rest and sleep, especially in the heat.
