It is quite simply and frankly, downright cold today.

I have flannel pants and wool sweater on this morning, by the open window.

Everyone is asleep inside, all four animals.

It is close to 8am.

I feel a new beginning today, a renewed more clear energy.

Staying away from paranoia in the last week was excellent.

I dedicate the merit of this day to the enlightenement of all of us in this abode of ours and to hubby healing and everyone being at peace in a peaceful canada forever! amen!
