Hubby often does the third walk too but he hurt his knee and now it is all red and swollen,He refused to put ice on it, twice when I offered. So he did not do anything about it.The dogs are totally chaotic at the farmers market....especially Charlotte.
Thats how presumably hubby twisted his knee this morning.
I got two amazing emails today and even spoke to my grande soeur on the phone tonight. She was doing great and arriving at my parents house since the kids were not with her.
I sent her a link to All the things I wasn't by Grapes of Wrath, a band I beloved a lot that she introduced me to as a teen. I still cannot hear the lyrics to make sense of it but the melody is so sad and beautiful. they are still touring, 40 years later, only two members left. They mostly do accoustic duos and rarely full band by now. Sweet. I'd love to see them.
UPDATE
I went from 4-5 and it was packed to the brim unfortunately. Charlotte needs more serious training: she is getting too out of hand and getting bigger. Whining and pulling to go see everyone, even 2 months later....
I am just teaching her 'heel'. With sardines, so far, it mostly works. She also needs more exposure to loud streets. Today she freaked out because of a stupid chihuaha barked behind the fence like an idiot and she jumped on the street, though on leash. The street was super noisy. It is quite awful this traffic and overpopulation now around here and in our nice used to be wild Mundy.
