HERE for the perfection mantra

The mantra is being recited and all is well. I may take the dogs for a short walk in the hood.

it stops me from smoking cigarettes. I am self retraining myself on smokes today. Very important because I am out of breath majorly.

*We went for a walk, the dogs and I, and Laurel turned up. He came home but refused to go inside. I fed him and Hardy who turned up too, some treats.

Now they are both out again. Charlotte poops only tiny tiny itsy poops. She seems blocked but in good health otherwise, no complaints from her.
