I am listening to mantras of om mani padme hung online.

It is clearing the obscurations and tight control grasping in the house and me.

May i practice virtues and dedicate the merit to the enlightenement of us all,pets included and families too.

May this day be fruitful in merit and effortless effort and kindness.

My back hurts so much this morning. It is not yet 6H30am.
