The coffee pot is finishing percolating and the neighbours are using a machine, loud. I am sitting in the kitchen, with sunrays bathing my arm.
I stop right now and thank God for this moment, i take the time to appreciate the light, the sound, the ease, the peace.
The sun is so low on the horizon, it feels odd. Like a prison cell with a low artifical light and roof. That is how the sky has been feeling to me since yesterday.
The beautiful red blood moon a while back was spectacular! Thank you God!
Today i am way less wowed but still i am a bit. This peace is remarkable. This ease, this conviviality between neighbours. There are no words other than Thank you God almighty that may be worthy of showing gratitude. How long will this peace last? May we never see the war nor poverty nor diseases and misery dear Buddhas and Guru Rinpoche. amen.
