I got up around 6H30am.

It is very cold here on the coast thoguh above 23 degrees in Montreal.

Dad is cleaning his gutters, on his roof, at 85 and got a heat stroke and had to come down.  A little scary and he does go on the roof when mom is not there because it stresses her out.

Mom was at a local conference on aboriginals and autochtones.
