First year ever in 50 years that I see kids shying away from crap weather on Halloween. Hubby thought maybe many parents would simply improvise a party at home with their kids. No trick or treating on the street, outside. But maybe dancing at home with parents. I suggested theatre play in costumes with kids....Yes, the possibilities are endless.
