I am convinced my high degree of relaxation nowadays is in large part due to such music all day long.

Also the fact that I am an easy going housewife without a job outside the home and pets.

And writing.

I painted between 2018-2020 and then the talent vanished and everything looked ugly.

Not even folk art anymore.

I dont miss it one bit. It was however a ton of fun and great great liberated relaxation to paint all night and day, varnish the paintings, etc. I shipped a few but they must be lost by now.
