I used regular cream instead of coconut milk which I did not have. Basil instead of oregano. Fire roasted canned tomatoes instead if sundried ones. Rest is the same. delicious.

As usual, because it is superbly healthy, hubby did not eat any of it at all. Just a spoonful. He lives off fish sticks and onion rings and chocolate.

And chips...

My education was superbly developped with dietary needs met on all fronts (flavour, nutrients, health, fancy, no junk food etc) as a child and youth.

And my 25 years of vegetarianism.

And 7 years in those 25 years of veganism.

I also fasted hardcore for 5-6 months from being too poor and sickly.

I was never ever a glutton after at 6 years old or 8, I ate almost a whole cake to myself, made of french pastries and whipped cream and chcolate. Profiterole cake assembled. I did not vomit but boy did i feel ill- end of glutoony on all fronts from then on. Only healthy food was I ever obsessed with. The earlier experience that did not quite cure me of gluttony before that profiteroles cake, was vomiting a whole lobster at 5 or 6.
