The guru rinpoche mantra is playing. Peaceful morning, much prayers today , mostly gratefulness for all my loved ones so present daily.

I dedicate the merit of this holy Friday to the enlightenment of all those I love and to peace in Canada, wisdom compassion and love between each others and even with strangers. May I become more tolerant of many people in my space when I go out. amen.
