I am super satisfied with Gavin's work on Charlotte's night. He made beautiful artefacts out of my books and did not overcharge me whatsoever. He even included glossy paper though i did not request it ,thinking it would be too expensive.

He is definitely way way more competent and enthusiastic about caring for what he creates than Tracy at minuteman, who does not know how to center text when formatting smaller and thinks she is totally professional so charges an arm and a leg for no work done.shame on tracy for being so incompetent and pricey. she lost a customer she had for 2 steady years,with megan. i did business with tracy circa 2018. it was never satisfactory back then either. megan however was great and her prices were okay fair. I actually never spent as much with minuteman press as with Westwood printing overall- westwood printing is worth printing lots with, when you have a bit of cash for your pet projects you strongly believe in. They are caring and careful almost always with their work. I am superbly delighted with Gavin's touch in formatting properly and adding nice paper. Of course, prices tend to go up after a couple of years if not next order. My point is, they are fabulous and totally worth trying, everyone. They KNOW print books. Tracy from Minuteman has no clue how to work.
