The birch story will be completely made of cardboard. It is thin enough for that.

Very reasonable price. Though I may have to add a bit to the amount if it is cardboard,I dont know.

I am waiting on a quote for The bio of Jerry books bilingual. I want to have 50 copies made but it may be too many...

The 35 copies of the 8 pages birch story  were, so far, about 75$. With taxes.
