I have to start thinking about the christmas eve dinner. I so dont feellike cooking fancy. Maybe just salmon and scallops potatoes.

I dont feel like making a delish salmon french parmentier. Too much work.

I could make the citrus salsa salmon of the french quebec italo chef José di stasio.

I dont know if hubby likes that recipe or not. I love it. Loads of lemonand oranges. And herbs.

I also saw a ginger and maple salmon recipe a while back I think. BJG could make the scalop potatoes? And we could have chocolate fondue for dessert...yum.
