I'd love a cheese fondue but I think it may be too expensive and complicated for us, as the fuel is hard to find for the fondue cooking. I should cook particularly vegetarian and vegan, this New year's eve 2025. Maybe simply another sexy fish stew. We love it and I have all the herbs and ingredients from last week end.
