HERE. I am making half the recipe. I think they dont sell eggnog anymore at the grocery so I made my own.
I should use the egg whites to make a pavlova... I have about under a cup left of rum. This should be rich and delicious.

UPDATE
The pavolva is cooking while the egg yolks and milk mixture is cooling before adding rum and cream for the spiked eggnog. It has then to be in the fidge for minimum 8 hours... Much deliciousness and luxurious foods today. It is the last of the holiday. Tomorrow, everyone goes back to work. Or at least, this week.
