It is almost 10am and I have been up since 8H40am.

I slept about 9 hours last night. Nice.

Charlotte came to lick my face at 6am so I let her outside at the back.

I stayed in bed, drifting in and out of sleep and prayers, until I finally officially got up.

Slow getting up today and much meditating and praying in bed while half asleep.

Laurel turned up late: 9H30am.

Today is my peaceful day.
