The monks who walk for peace.

I am slightly agitated today, because the puppy is off her food, which worries me.

I get stressed out or anxious way way too easily. I must practice mindfulness meditation more, which I am doing today to deal with my agitation and anxiety.

The monks are so beautiful in their devoted dedication to walk. They say they are truly in pain by now daily and muster on anyway, mindfully, devotionally. Their resilience and determination is remarkable. May we all get inspired by their walk for peace and their buddhist philosophy teachings. Om!
