It is almost 7am and I am alone at home. I have been up by 6am, in bed last night by 7H30pm.

The dogs and hubby are late coming home this morning- I hope all is well.

I am going to a concert this afternoon with a neighbour who invited me. I hope it is good music! It is a 2 hours show. May every sentient beings benefit and may I be cool as a cucumber and patient at the show. Without cigarettes. Thank you Buddha for looking after us all and Teaching us. I am a bit worried at the late return of everyone this morning. Did dogs get lost, chasing a coyote? May all be well and eveyone be safe and together and unharmed. Oh, here they are back! Yay!
