I have smoked a pack in 4 hours! Completely nutty comsummerism of cigarettes. I am such a deep deep addict of cigarettes. Unheard of anywhere else.

I am trying to not smoke for 2 hours now after compulsively smoking since getting up today at 6H30-7am.

It is not yet 11am.

UPDATE

BJG just came back in after a 1.5 hour walk and coffee shop.

He is off for a few hours. He forgot, once again, to eat at home.

He says the day is splendid, I think +15 today, and sunny.

I may go for a walk with the dogs.

To buy rolling paper.

Hubby has not checked his email for about 1.5 month.

I dont know how he could ever cope with going back to work full time.

Billy is still refusing to eat except the cheese on his kibbles. Second day.
