...patience on hearing unpleasant things, tones, sounds, vocalizations and vibrations. It has come to my understanding that i have much much to perfect and one way is to gain merit by practicing equanimity to insults. I am sorry I insult so rabidly, that is the right word, my family on the uncesored blog. I insult everyone. Crazy stupid insults.

If ever the blog is made uncensored again by the powers that May be, and you read insults about yourslef on totally for real made up stuff too, practice controling your anger. And seeing that I really had a very deep problem if I needed to insult and yell negativities to that extent on the blog, often based on false beliefs quite simply.
