I did it two or three nights in a row so far.
I dont know if I really want to go buy ciders for half a pint tonight...it makes me so sick.
Even in small quantity.
But I could see Laurel's stake at the same time....Or just go see it and decide then if I want to go to the private liquor store or not, to continue or not my walk with both dogs. I went to the memorial about three times today or four times did I pass by for the last one visit so far. I will do another one tonight.
It is very pretty in the wild flowers and grassy green, where the director placed it.
* I went to say good night to Laurel and talk to him and pray for his wisdom to increase. i was there with both dogs. The memorial is right under a street lamp now, but the effect is nice, even with the small tea lights next to it.
The full moon promises to be huge by the Pink moon on april 1st, april's fool day, when we repatriate Laurel's stake home. It is really a nice ritual to go out at night to the corner of the street and reflect and pray to a monument, filled with thoughts and emotions and prayer for the departed. We will give 50$ to the church general funds and 15$ to their snacks for their members after service on sundays, so 65$ donation for the holding of Laurel's stake and care. For 10 days memorial. Hubby was born in '65 so I always consider it a lucky number.
