I wonder whether I will get tempted by cider tonight. The rule so far as been never more than one pint every so often, and only during the day. It is when I drink it at night that I toss my cookies in the middle of the night, woken up by nausea.
Even just less than one pint.
I dont tolerate it well anymore.
