I have put the cd Les nonnes du tibet, an a cappella pujas cd. No instruments I dont think but I am not sure I recall. How much more relaxed I am than today, where I had the shakes I was so very upset for not much.

No one was hurt and no huge finances bankcrupty followed.

Why panic for so little?

Listening to calm nuns chanting will do marvels for my spirit and body and mind heart.

The dogs are whining. I am not sure why. Both ate and had three walks.

It is so stupendous to have them with us 24-7 for 15 years minimum. I just came back from playing with them on the mattress with cuddles and the toy so tough for once.

Charlotte had been whining for 3 minutes because Billy kept the toy for himself. Ha! They are so cute, and both total cuddlers. Billy is the best! Charlotte is awesome. Thank you for both, my Lord in the Sky! Please grant them long life.

How I love our shelter here in British Columbia. Much has happened under this roof: terrible things and amazing spirtual awakenings too.

And much love to between, lets see, 7 pets with two humans over 14 years in BC. Some, 4, came from out east with us when we moved.
