The dryer and washer purchases are really stressing me out.
May all go well.
We also have a rotting deck and a obsolete vanity in the loo upstairs to fix.
The fan in the loo should probably be changed too.
We have about 5-10K repairs due this summer.
I'll look into the deck....
Poor hubby cannot cope with anything and poor me neither...I hate repairs and we only find so so average professionals each time.
Nobody on the street could recommend any workers.
