Yes, it is obvious I make ridiculous grand claim when I say I will be Jesus one day. I dont mind passing as nuts: the message is clear- Jesus has been coming to earth for 2K years at least.
That is my view. And I put it forward by saying I will be Him one day. All it means, is that he is a role model for me I take very seriously. So much so, that I want to live an unlucky life of virtue and visions and God worshippng like him, just because God wants to write a story about me in helping the humanity and animals...if I am ever so blessed. It is his spirit and life of kind service I admire. I will always think by now that Christianity is rather mad, especially catholics. But it is faith and mad weird stories are allowed in religion.
* This morning, I have no interest in ever living a life like Christ- too unlucky.
The life that sadhguru advocates is so much happier and easier.
He speaks of bliss and ectasy. But to me, that is just the occasional blissful life all along that we can get here and there throughout eternity. It is NOT a life of service advocacy. And NOT liberation from samsara- on earth, we all suffer unless we are angels. I am buddhist, maybe that is why I say that first noble truth: life is suffering. Partying into ecatsy and bliss all along as a teacher is all very nice, and superbly helpful too with sadhguru. But how real is it for the common man, woman and child?
Sadhguru's teachings are all very good and wise and deeply compassionate.
He has a totally refreshing approach to life as a human- he thinks we are meant to be blissful all along. I believe we are meant to gather merit first.
