This is Winston, now at Maple ridge bc spca. I am always ULTRA weary of dogs who react to other dogs in a bad way- they have something wrong with them. But I forgot that not everyone brings their dogs to off leash parks so that guy would be fine with a loner or a couple who never go to dog parks.
