Ok, I must emphasize a very much relevant detail of the last two years: I was blissful! painting was PURE JOY, so relaxing for the mind, so harmonious for body and heart...I had all the space required to loose myself into painting. As I said, the MOMENT is very important and so is letting go, but that also means one has to NOT be bitter EVEN when unable to reminisce about the good times....I have let go of all these dreams of mind states every time: I even categorized them as <periods> out west. My brain to tell you the truth was undergoing a transformation beyond pot. It allowed me a clear understanding of why letting go was important: to reveal oursleves the heart EACH MOMENT which is, truly, ETERNALLY.
