The ice is melting on the sidewalks and most roads are no longer that slippery. I am nauseous this morning after I ate an avocado. BJG has his meeting very soon. I sliced him an avocado and made tea. He had it just now. 

UPDATE

We went for a long errand: Birthday cards and some more Noel cards at the art gallery next town over and a walk in Mundy, however snowy it was on the trail. My knee was too stretched out for that exercise I think...I need to go to the post office today.
