Now that december welcomes me more sane than last month, life is good again. We really have everything and more that we need. And we are not alone: we have each other and our animals and our dog people community at the park and at the cafe next door. I have to be very careful with my mental health awareness. I am hoping the CBT workbook will help me cope thanks to strategies of evidence based approaches when weird thoughts enter my mind instead of indulging them. 

I have a faint hope that this may help me know my mind better and be more socially adept in society. I have really turned into a socially dysfunctional lady with the years.
