I am too wired from today's emotions. It is super relaxed at home though. I sent the texts written tonight in French to my parents and the father of an ex friend who dumped me when I got too weird around 2019 or 2020. I dont think it was unworthwhile thing to do tonight in emails. 

I should ask myself three questions before sending an email

1) Have I sent emails to that person this week already?

2) is it hurtful in any way?

3) Is it a worthy thing to send?
