Billy is rarely naked at home because we always leave his harness on: easier to catch and repatriate if he gets lost. However, he always comes in anyway after being outside. Still, he wears his harness inside. I call it his 'armour'.  It is uncomfortable yes, but it teaches him discipline and human presence.
