I have been a customer since I was 19 (almost 30 years) and always paid everything in time. Now I have no more credit card because I dont have a full time job. I had to meet with one banker representative to discuss my fees and change plan and he was 15 minutes late...that is too long to wait for a banker who gives not a shit about me because now I am disabled and make no more money. I left. I had a call from him on the landline (we have no cell phone). Was he relying on calling me to see if I was waiting in the lobby or what? He called the minute we left. I have not listened to his message and rebooked with someone else next week.
