...even though celine dion is singing! Quebec is deep down in my bone though I rarely speak of it that way. My youth was spent in Montreal, working and studying at university for 7 years. I took 7 years to do my BA due to working full time in research for 2 years and doing it part time later while working.

Quebec and Montreal hit me right in the heart when I see snowy montreal streets in music videos. It is close to esctatic: a sort of sharp joyous pain. My sadness and the beauty of this town. This city I have loved so very much. I suspect it is because it was my youth.
