I will put the garlic cloves in the quiche tonight. I was going to make an elaborate pasta recipe like last week (carbonara with roasted veggies by chef Di stasio, a quebec chef). But we dont have enough onions and no fennel bulbs nor enough zucchinis. So quiche it will be for tonight. I feel pressed for time tonight because of my counseling at 4pm...it is an annoying time because that is when I walk the dogs usually and get ready for cooking for hubby who returns at 7-7:30pm.
