Not that great. Soon it will be Nouveaux sons with Nicolas Ouellette, which I abhorre as musical choices and hosting. I never ever listen to it anymore. 

The garlic is almost fully roasted in foil and oil, and will be ready to be pureed. It will be a mushroom and garlic and ementhal cheese quiche. I will make steamed veggies (carrots) with that and fried zucchinis. I will start cooking after my dog walk, at around 6:00pm. 

I am still reading Rinpoche's book throughout the day. Now he sounds like he is just doing tourism in India (he travels like I alsways did, modestly, but has not begged yet) so it is not as upsetting to read but his meditation information is so worthwhile!
