The rewards for being careful about my mental health since I became super weird for a week in emails at the turn of march.( Incidentally, I had stopped writing on the blog. ). Rereading my blog of the last three weeks, i am so relieved. And I am especially relieved about today's entries. I am one resilient cookie! lol

Meditating is the secret key to this mental health ease recently.Also, do not underestimate how POWERFUL the nice weather has been this week: it makes me drastically reduce cigarettes without too much discomfort because I enjoy meditating in the sunshine. My vision is excellent for light's shades and levels of brightness. I have an excellent memory of the sunlight I see and have seen throughout my life. This is my key to tune into meditation fast and deep.
