It is super stressful if you are sensitive to sonic noises or ambiant roars, continuously. But it stops eventually at around 7H30-8pm.  I am making a pavlova, meringue with fruist and whipped cream, for tonight. It is a down under recipe, some say it comes from New Zealand, others say it comes from Australia. I grew up with it in fact and could make a perfect one at 5 or 6. It is a very simple recipe that one.  Ready in just over an hour.
