How austere!
I get vague memories of my own practice (but way less extreme than this nun, enlightened as she was in the end they say). She is about to take refuge in a little almost cave high up in the mountains. Her resolve to practice is astounding. Like the old texts recommended and explained. I received a second copy of A cave in the snow. I was going to send it to the nunnery in india. To add to their collection, their ESL language books. Its a pretty good idea. Unless Rosie, my Vancouver friend, wants to read it. I emailed her after two months of hearing from her. She was very optmistic last time.
