I rely way less on people's email this month. It is nice , a nice change, more freedom for everyone including me.

Tonight, I am reading quite a bit Mingyur rinpoche's book. I heard Songs of the Bardo today (the cd started skipping after three months of daily listen) and Lama Gyurme. I only heard two albums today. That is less music than usual. I dont listen to the radio these days: the music is mediocre on it. Except exceptionally. 

My sister is still in the USA, coming back this week end I think after two weeks hiking in canyons and camping.
