I gave him feedback on his son in law and he wont be working on the deck anyway. This latino builder is such a nice guy and he seems relatively knowledgeable and not crazy priced. I bet it costs 2K! I was hoping for 1,2K! Anyway, we are keeping the renos to a minumum and as long as it does not look completely horrible without finishing the building job of the deck (we dont have money for that), it will be good if it is at least safe now.  Thank you God for Carlos and his crew, and even for his son in law! :) Amen.
