For the complete job (removing the stucco wall which may fall once the roof is off), he charges about 1,8K. That seems like a lot for just demoliting and not fixing anything. We may have to wait to save the money in 2 months. I spoke to my dad and he recommended, like BJG, to save the money first since no one uses the deck anyway except the cat.
