Laurie Anderson and Songs of the Bardo is playing.  You are not alone in leaving this world. It happens to everyone. So do not feel desire and yearning for this life. Even if you feel desire and yearning, you cannot stay. 

Now Tenzin Choegyal is sinigng beautifully. It is a stupendously mystical and haunting album. Very meditative, a kind of guided meditation through the bardo, death, truly. The kids are chatting in their yard and people are having dinner I think. Hubby chatted with me about Canadian politics and societal values. We are scared of canadian sub culture and system. Especially as two aging people who know no one in BC.
